The Associates Program offers rising federal leaders in Oregon and SW Washington a unique opportunity for professional development within a group of motivated federal peers who care deeply about the impact of public service. This challenging one-year program assesses your current effectiveness as a leader and develops core competencies and professional skills that are essential for the most successful federal leaders.

The Oregon FEB is partnering with Portland Community College’s respected CLIMB Center for Advancement and their outstanding instructors to deliver a rigorous training program aligned with OPM’s Executive Core Qualifications. In addition to the core competency focus, the program offers executive shadows, inspiring speaker panels, and a collaborative team project that will have a lasting impact on the local federal community.

Eligibility: The Associates Program is eligible to Federal employees at the GS-11 to GS-13 level, nominated and submitted by a local agency senior leader.  The application is now closed for the FY 2018 program.
